Payment by savings
To assist you implement the recommendations and realise both water and financial savings, the savewater!® efficiency service has created a Payment by Savings plan. This is offered by selected water businesses.
Key features include:
- No up front payment for installation
- No need to source funding
- Make payments in lieu of savings from reduced water usage over the nominated payback period (incorporating a management fee)
- Optional payment method
- Convenient
Conditions
Should you decide to opt out at recommendations phase you will be charged for services incurred to date. All recommendations with payback periods of 2 years or less will automatically be placed on the payment by savings plan. For payback periods greater than 2 years, payment arrangements will be negotiated.
