The New 2012 Gator Pro is a designed to be the most efficient and advanced Grey Water Diversion Device available on the market. Designed and manufactured in Australia to meet harsh local conditions. It is solely aimed at the professional licensed installer, to make it easy and simple to make full use of the waste greywater water from the shower, laundry and bathroom. The Gator Pro is the preferred Grey Water unit for Henley Homes and is featured in the AusZEH Zero Emissions House. The outstanding features of the Gator Pro system are firstly the, 3 dimensional filtration system. This 3D filtration process efficiently cleans the particulates such as soap, hair, lint sand etc from your waste water, making it suitable for direct reuse through a grey water drip system. The unique qualities of this filtration mean it can cope with large volumes of flow and an extended period of time between servicing. Recommendations are between 120-180 days of use before servicing. This ensures that you get clean water to the irrigation system and you get extended pump life as the pump is only running in clean water. The pump in the Gator Pro has now been upgraded.The high output pump now suitable for under turf applications as well as any other drip tube on the market. The pump is controlled by a redesigned external low voltage control box using magnetic floats to start and stopthe pump.These have been especially developed for Grey Water use. An inbuilt overide automatically starts the pump in a 24 hour period overiding the float controll. This will ensure low residual is maintained in the unit. With this filtration and pump combination the Gator Pro is ready to go straight into an approved grey water drip system. The Gator Pro is Water Mark approved WMKT22111 for use as a pumped Grey Water Diversion device and also as a gravity diversion device. So the Gator Pro can be used in a situation where no power is available. This makes it unique in the market. Its compact size and ability to be buried to make for easy installation. The filters are easily accessible for servicing via a removable and now lockable lid and the unit is very quiet in operation thanks to a very efficient pump. Data from the NSW DSE indicate water savings in the order of up to 338 litres per day depending on occupancy with this type of Grey Water Diversion device.
