Fytofoam is a unique horticultural foam flake that is firm, very light-weight, with excellent water holding ability. It is similar to Hydrocell except that it is manufactured onsite and applied to sportsfields, golf courses and large turf amenity areas. This saves time and money in cartage and installation. Installation can be as a layer for new root zone construction or retrofitted by slit injection process into existing turf areas. Fytofoam holds up to 60% of it's volume in water, air at a minimum of 37% by volume and soluble nutrients for the plants roots to take up as required. Fytofoam is biodegradable lasting up to 10 years in the soil.

Water Savings

Fytofoam can be applied at the construction phase or retrofitted at a later date.
