Flexibility:
The Ecobowser is designed to suit virtually any household greywater scenario. Plumbers can design the EcoBowser system to suit the house, rather than changing the house to suit the greywater system.
Efficient design:
Other systems using internal filters between the inlets / overflow and pump rely on gravity to pass greywater through the filter. As the internal filter begins to fill, greywater cannot pass through the filter quickly and instead empties to the sewer via the overflow pipe.
Because the EcoBowser uses an external filter after the pump, ALL greywater entering the EcoBowser is pumped through the filter to the garden irrigation areas. As a result the filter only requires cleaning once per month.
Simplicity:
The EcoBowser is the only watermark approved powered greywater diversion device without electronic sensors or controllers.
This means their are no sensors requiring cleaning.
Minimal maintenance:
The external filter is easy to access and only requires cleaning once a month for two minutes.
The inside of the EcoBowser is self cleaning, and only requires a hose spray once per year.
Easy to turn off during wet periods:
Simply turn off the power! Unlike other systems with electronic controllers, you do not need to change plumbing valves.
High Capacity:
The EcoBowser is designed to easily accept as many greywater sources as you desire (showers, laundry, spa etc).
