In a major breakthrough for waterless urinal design, Caroma has addressed existing concerns connected with standard waterless urinals to provide a superior product, not yet seen in the waterless urinal market.
In contrast to the oil seal used in standard waterless urinals, the H2Zero™ Cube urinal’s unique cartridge technology incorporates a Bio Seal™ that acts as a one-way air-tight valve, sealing the cartridge from the drainage system and against back pressure situations. This prevents unnecessary waste build up within the cartridge and provides an effective barrier between the urinal and drainage system. Unlike oil seals, the H2Zero™ Cube urinal’s cartridge is unaffected by water poured into it, resulting in operational superiority and longevity. The Bio Fresh deodorising block, also housed within the cartridge, is activated during use, releasing a pleasant fragrance into the bathroom.

A regular wipe down is all that is required to keep the vitreous china sanitary and fresh and the periodic maintenance is effortless. To replace the H2Zero™ waterless cartridge, the H2Zero™ Cube cartridge tool is used to remove the grate, so that the Bio Fresh deodoriser and Bio Seal™ can be removed and replaced. This touch-free tool enables servicing with no direct contact with the replacement components, of which no special disposal method is required. A vandal resistant satin-chrome grate conceals the waterless cartridge and an optional vitreous china grate is available for light commercial applications.
