Mission CO2 Terms and Conditions

savewater!® Alliance Inc. – iPad Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter is savewater!® Alliance Inc. ABN 72 158 140 072 of Level 1, 173 Burke Road. Glen Iris, Victoria, 3146
  2. Entry is open to all Australian residents who fulfil the entry requirements with correct contact details. Board members, management and staff of savewater!® may not enter.
  3. The competition commences on Wednesday 9 November at 9.00am (AEST) and ends on Tuesday 15 May at 5.00pm (AEST).
  4. To enter the competition, participants need to:
    1. Go to the website "www.savewater.com.au"; and
    2. Complete the Mission CO2 online computer game, achieving a score of 400 points or over, to gain an entry into the competition.
    3. Provide complete contact details as requested, including full name and correct email address.
  5. All Australian residents who complete Mission CO2 online with a score of 400 points or more and provide all requested contact details including a correct email address prior to 5.00pm (AEST) Tuesday 15th May 2012 will automatically be entered into the draw.
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions. A participant is permitted to play the game as much as they wish to gain a maximum score. Once the participant has submitted their score, they will need to begin and complete the game again before another entry is gained. The Promoter has the right to remove any entries that appear to be duplicates or multiple entries for single completed period of game play. The Mission CO2 competitions are strictly one entry, per complete game play. Subsequent entries will therefore be disregarded.
  7. The prize draw will be conducted at Midday (AEST) on Thursday 17th May 2012 at 12:00pm at savewater!® of Level 1, 173 Burke Road. Glen Iris, Victoria, 3146. Each entrant will be allocated a unique number. Winning entry numbers will be randomly generated using a computer random generator. The entries at the time of draw that are deemed not to have complied with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.
  8. The prize consists of one limited-time voucher of a specified class which may be redeemed for the item from the specified class within the specified period. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. The voucher will expire on Friday 29 June 2012 and cannot be redeemed for any item after this time.
  9. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value subject to Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
  10. Schedule of prizes, redeemable items and values is as per the following table.
  11. The winner will be published on the "savewater.com.au" website within 7 days of the draw. The winner will be contacted by email. The prize voucher will be emailed to winners by Monday 21 May 2012.
  12. The winner will published in The Australian on Saturday 12th November 2011.
  13. To redeem the prize voucher, the winner must respond to the email, providing a home address & phone number to the Promoter for delivery of the prize prior to the expiry date of the voucher.
  14. By entering this competition the entrant agrees to make themselves available for interview and photo opportunities at the request of the Promoter for the Promoter’s media purposes.
  15. The prize-winner must be at least 17 years of age or the prize will be awarded to the prize-winner’s parent or guardian.
  16. Entrants under the age of 17 years must gain parent or guardian permission before submitting an entry.
  17. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this trade promotion. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to contractors it engages to assist it in conducting the competition or communicating with the entrant. By entering, you agree that the Promoter may use the aggregate information collected from the questionnaire for related research and marketing purposes. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can access the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter on (03) 8508 6888 or at competitions@savewater.com.au. The Promoter’s full Privacy Policy is available on request or on the "savewater.com.au" website.
  18. The Promoter’s decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. Entrants that tick the consent box grant permission for the promoter to email them information about the competition, results and upcoming competitions, prizes, events other market research being conducted and water conservation information.
