Saving water in the garden

As the driest populated continent on earth, we can't afford gardens that require excessive amounts of water. Many Australian gardens contain plants inappropriate for our environment and we tend to water far more than necessary, because we don’t know what our plants really need. There are lots of easy and effective ways to reduce the use of precious drinking water on our gardens.
