Water quality programs

One of the main reasons we work so hard to save water is to ensure there is enough water to support the environment that supports us. But, it’s not enough to just focus on the amount of water available for the environment – it also needs to be good quality. The following programs focus on water quality.

  • Waterwatch
    A national community water quality monitoring program. Waterwatch operates in every State and Territory, co-ordinating water monitoring activities with individuals, schools and community groups.
  • Keep South Australia Beautiful Inc (KESAB)
    The KESAB Water Care Club provides a host of fun activities for students and information for teachers. It is a joint development of Keep South Australia Beautiful Inc and the South Australian Catchment Water Management Boards.
