Terms and conditions

  1. The Promoter is savewater!® Alliance Inc. ABN 72 158 140 072 of Level 1, 173 Burke Road, Glen Iris VIC 3146.
  2. Entry is open to all schools within the regions of savewater!® Alliance members who fulfil the entry requirements.
  3. The promotion commences on Friday 6 April 2012 at 9.00am (AEST) and ends on Friday 29 June 2012 at 5.00pm (AEST).
  4. To enter the promotion, participants need to:
    1. Go to the website "www.savewater.com.au"; and
    2. Complete the registration available on that website, providing contact details as requested.
  5. All schools within the regions of savewater!® Alliance members who submit the registration online and provide all requested contact details including a correct email address and telephone number prior to Friday 29 June 2012 at 5.00pm (AEST) will automatically be entered into the draw.
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete; incorrectly submitted; delayed; misdirected; or illegible submissions. Limit of ONE (1) entry per school. The Promoter has the right to remove any entries that appear to be duplicates or multiple entries from the same participant for the same registration.
  7. The prize draw will be conducted at midday (AEST) on Friday 6 July 2012 at savewater!® of Level 1, 173 Burke Road, Glen Iris VIC 3146. Each entrant will be allocated a unique number. A winning entry number will be randomly generated using a computer random generator. The entries at the time of draw that are deemed not to have complied with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.
  8. The winner will be notified in The Australian on Saturday 14 July 2012. The winner will be published on the "www.savewater.com.au" website within 7 days of the draw. The winner will be contacted by email.
  9. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can access the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter on (03) 8508 6888 or at competitions@savewater.com.au. The Promoter’s full Privacy Policy is available on request or on the "savewater.com.au" website.
  10. The Promoter’s decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. Entrants grant permission for the promoter to email them other educational and/or water conservation information.
