- The Promoter is savewater!® Alliance Inc. ABN 72 158 140 072 of Level 1, 173 Burke Road, Glen Iris, Victoria 3146.
- Entry is open to all customers of savewater!® Alliance members who fulfil the entry requirements. Board members, management, and staff of savewater!® may not enter.
- The competition commences on Saturday 1st October 2011 at 9.00am (AEST) and ends on Friday 30th March 2012 at 5.00pm (AEDT).
- To enter the competition, participants need to: (a) Go to the website “www.savewater.com.au"; and (b) Complete the questionnaire(s) available on that website, providing contact details as requested.
- All customers of savewater!® Alliance members who submit the completed questionnaire online and provide all requested contact details including a correct email address prior to Friday 30th March 2012 at 5.00pm (AEDT) will automatically be entered into the draw.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete; incorrectly submitted; delayed; misdirected; or illegible submissions. A participant is permitted to complete and submit each questionnaire once. The Promoter has the right to remove any entries that appear to be duplicates or multiple entries from the same participant for the same questionnaire. The savewater!® competitions are strictly one entry per email address, and per survey. Subsequent entries will therefore be disregarded. 7. The prize draw will be conducted at Midday (AEST) on Tuesday 10th April 2012 at savewater!® of Level 1, 173 Burke Road, Glen Iris, Victoria 3146. Each entrant will be allocated a unique number. Winning entry numbers will be randomly generated using a computer random generator. The entries at the time of draw that are deemed not to have complied with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.
- Each prize consists of one limited-time voucher of a specified class which may be redeemed for the item from the specified class within the specified period. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. All vouchers expire on Friday 15th June 2012 at 5.00pm (AEST) and cannot be redeemed for any item after this time.
- If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value subject to Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
- Schedule of prizes, redeemable items; and values is as per the below table.
- The winners with prizes greater than $100 will be notified in The Australian on Saturday 21st April 2012. All winners will be published on the "www.savewater.com.au" website within 7 days of draw. All winners will be contacted by email.
- Winners will be advised whether the redeemed item will be delivered in the case of larger prizes, or where they can pick up the redeemed item in the case of smaller prizes.
- The Wet Technologies Pty Ltd T/A Tankworld 2000L poly slimline tank including a Davey Water Products Pty Ltd Silver Series SJ35-05PC pump is not available to any areas within the Northern Territory.
- The Davey Water Products Pty Ltd Microlene Purifier Kit (Town Water model) prize includes $100 towards the installation of the product. This $100 is payable to the winner by savewater!® via Electronic Funds Transfer. The $100 will only be paid upon savewater!®’s receipt of a Certified Plumber’s invoice for the installation of the Microlene Purifier Kit from the winner, and the winner’s bank details for Electronic Funds Transfer. This information and invoice should be emailed to competitions@savewater.com.au
- The Interbath InTouch Rainmaker; Methven Futura Satinjet Hi Rise Shower; Methven Flexispray Bermuda Hi Rise Shower; and Perfectflow Technology Ultimate 5.5L per minute showerheads will not be available in Melbourne metropolitan areas. These prizes will also not be available to customers of Central Highlands Water, Hunter Water, Mid-Coast Water and Western Water.
- The Interbath InTouch Rainmaker; Methven Flexispray Bermuda Hi Rise Shower; and Perfectflow Technology Ultimate 5.5L per minute showerheads will not be available to customers of Clarence Valley Council, Coffs Harbour City Council and South Gippsland Water.
- The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this trade promotion. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to contractors it engages to assist it in conducting the competition or communicating with the entrant. By entering, you agree that the Promoter may use the aggregate information collected from the questionnaire for related research and marketing purposes. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can access the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter on (03) 8508 6888 or at competitions@savewater.com.au. The Promoter's full Privacy Policy is available on request or on the "www.savewater.com.au" website.
- The Promoter's decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Entrants that tick the consent box grant permission for the promoter to email them information about the competition results and upcoming competitions; prizes; events; other market research being conducted; and water efficiency information.
